The location is great!! And the price is so cheap!! I only used it for a 0.5-night stay before heading to the airport! If you look at the price, I think you can just say, "This is pretty good for the price." However, there was some foreign matter like sand on my spot; it seemed like something was falling. Oh, and it isn't exactly quiet, but since it's cheap, it seems bearable. The locker is a bit small, but a small suitcase fits inside.

Friendly people, a nice luggage store

Located between Central and Hong Kong Station, the owner is very friendly.

Smooth drop off and pick up process, host is very helpful and kind. Baggage gets photographed by her and she checks whether you take your luggage only upon pick up, by QR-code and photo taken. The food is delicious too!

Convenient and there’s a lift next door to go up!

It’s good and the location is really good, with the airport bus nearby as well as the subway station. The opening hours are also long. The only issue is that there is no bag verification safety system. I was just told to pick up my bag from a room full of bags and they didn’t even confirm if it’s actually my bag. It would be good to have a tag system and if the employees where to actually bring the back to us instead of allowing customers to browse through the whole bag storage.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly

After arriving in the Soho area from Hong Kong, I looked for a place on Bounce to take the Airport Express right away. I saw a review mentioning a Korean owner and booked immediately!! The route was all uphill and through narrow alleys, so walking up with a lot of luggage was tough, but the owner spoke to me in such a friendly manner and guided me kindly, so I was able to leave my luggage and travel very comfortably!! If I come back, I think I will leave my luggage here again!! I was worried because there weren't many reviews, but Koreans should definitely leave their luggage here!!
