Very accommodating owners and a convenient location near the stations! If it’s your first time in Hong Kong, especially around Central, you might get a little lost, but Google Maps will definitely help you navigate. Overall, a good and convenient place to leave your luggage while exploring! 😊

The clerk was kind and the location is close to Hong Kong Station and Central station.

Just come to Chungking Mansions and look for the 9th floor of Building E!! (Past Building D, at the very back). The elevator on the right is for odd-numbered floors. It was different people when I dropped off and picked up my items, but they were both very kind.

Smooth drop off and pick up process, host is very helpful and kind. Baggage gets photographed by her and she checks whether you take your luggage only upon pick up, by QR-code and photo taken. The food is delicious too!

Great service and location. I was a bit nervous leaving our bags for the first time with strangers and using this new app - but i have to admit it was a very joined-up process and would use this service again without hesitation. It was so easy and efficient.

Drop off fine, some language issues but we got it sorted out.

The location is great!! And the price is so cheap!! I only used it for a 0.5-night stay before heading to the airport! If you look at the price, I think you can just say, "This is pretty good for the price." However, there was some foreign matter like sand on my spot; it seemed like something was falling. Oh, and it isn't exactly quiet, but since it's cheap, it seems bearable. The locker is a bit small, but a small suitcase fits inside.

The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive.

It was stored safely. Since it is a restaurant, the location was easy to find. There is also a restroom inside, although I did not use it.
