It went well. Price was ok The Bounce ad was misleading: ‘address only given at the end of booking’ is useless; ‘from £3.50’ when 3.50 is actually the obligatory ‘service fee’, really no price given (it was over £13); had to deal with an AI chat bot that was frustrating. .There is another Argyll street that confused the Google map app but we got there and it was ok. I’d prefer if the staff led you to the back room to show you exactly where they will be keeping your stuff, as it’s just in a room at the back of a shop. That would be a suggestion

Close to central Glasgow station. Polite quick and easy drop off and pick up. Made overnight travel so much easier without extra luggage.

Location next door to Glasgow Central. Great staff who knew exactly what they were doing. Photograph taken of the bags made them easy to retrieve.

Location great. Staff always busy at Central Park . On a couple of occasions I’ve noticed staff will ask you to leave bag near the door for the storage area whilst they serve their line of customers . I’ve never had any problems with my bag but this does create an area of additional risk where the bags are out of sight but not in the storage area

Quick and easy, bag was taken straight away so felt very safe.

The location was probably a bit more of a walk from Queen Street Station than the posting suggested, but that wasn't a problem. The people in the store were friendly and helpful and security seemed fine. Our only issue was that, on going to collect our luggage, the QR code on my phone only showed briefly and not long enough for the store to record. I was unable to retrieve the QR code, so the store were concerned that they would not receive payment from Bounce for the transaction. They did eventually return the bag to us without being able to record the QR code, so I am hoping that they did not lose out as a result.
