  • Very friendly staff, extremely convenient location for trains from Glasgow Central. The only thing that was not great is Bounce’s fee policy: it would be helpful if Bounce was transparent about the charges from the start rather than lure customers with low prices to then throw the actual fees onto them later in the booking process and annoy them.

  • The location is great, right in front of one of the entrances to the Central Station. Currently, it's a bit inconvenient because the street is closed in that direction. Using the app and communicating via email was quick and very efficient. The staff were very attentive and careful with the luggage.
