Very easy to check in and out, no problems at all, nice and cheap. I would definitely use Bounce again. My only complaint is that I booked on Bounce and wasn't given the option (or at least it wasn't obvious to be and didn't see it) to select what time I would arrive. The person at the location thought I was coming earlier than I actually was. But that didn't affect anything - I still checked in perfectly smoothly and quickly.

It's good, but you have to be careful about dishonest shop owners. It's better to print out your reservation. Our shop owner claimed that they didn't have wifi. I had to go to another store to find wifi and find my reservation from the Bounce app to show to the owner. Otherwise I had to pay again as he claimed that he had no record of my booking. I was pretty sure he had received some notification earlier.

Not at all clear, no sign out front, but this is the mobile phone accessories shop to the left if you're facing Primark on princes Street . Handy location for airport tram/bus but be aware your taxi might not be able to drop off right outside if the festival is on, won't be miles away though. Not exactly highest security, they are just left in the shop but convenient.

Super helpful and friendly staff. They very kindly let me charge my phone (which ran out and I could not check in to my hotel without it). The whole process of storing my luggage was great! The cafe also sells a great selection of foods and flat breads. It is win win.

This was my first time using Bounce, and I mistakenly assumed they maintained their own shops. This resulted in a little difficulty finding where it was we were to drop our bag. However, once I determined it was inside a convenience store, everything was sorted. The service was great. Very quick drop off and and pick up. Just reserve ahead of time, show up with your bag, and take a photo of it. Would definitely use this service again in the future.

The staff was friendly, quick to take care of our check in and check out. The environment and storage of our items felt very secure. An added benefit, the location is within a coffee shop and the food and drinks were amazing and serviced in a spacious, comfortable atmosphere. Would go out of my way to store my luggage here again, or to just stop in for a coffee and pastry.

My experience was great . Super easy and covenient. Just got to the store they scanned my emailed QR code and they give you a ticket number and off you go. I will point out however something i noticed that i didn't like but it was to late to cancel my storage reservation. The luggage is just stored on some shelves at the very back of the store. I feel anyone can just walk in and swipe a luggage bag when the employee is not paying attention. Luckily that wasn't our case but i feel it could've easily happened
