- The staff did very well. Gave solution despite the fact that I did not get the confirmation email. But the process is still a bit too complicated for luggage storage. Should be able to do it off line, at the store.

- This is a very convenient souvenir shop. V good service using the app to confirm the details. The cases are actually stored at the rear of the shop so maybe take your valuables with you but overall really easy.
