Had a really wonderful experience with Yilan's Cityshop. Very convenient place, close to the Bus terminal and also very convenient open hours. I left my luggage with them the first day I was in Copenhagen, and on the second day it was a no brainer. You also get a 10% discount on anything in the kiosk if you book with them so that's also a plus! Thank you to Yilan's place and Bounce for making my trip wonderful!

Well located, easy to make reservations.

At first, I went to the building writing on the shop’s address, but it was a wrong place. This shop faces on the road and behind the station. Once I found it, it’s a convenient place.

I hope that you’ll open a little later as 8pm is quite early. Thank you for being flexible on the time where I could pick up slightly after 8pm as your shop closes at 9pm

Excellent! I did a lot of research before deciding and ended up choosing it based on the reviews and its proximity to Copenhagen Central Station. The Urban House team was very friendly and helpful. And the process was very simple. Plus, there's a quiet environment if you need to wait a bit. Approved!

Very good. I left feeling reassured because they keep them locked up and manage everything themselves. You can see where they leave them and everything.

Great staff, easy check in, they take a photo and lock it in a secure room. I needed a place to stash a large suitcase for 2 weeks while hiking the Arctic circle trail in Greenland and this location did a great job! Would definitely use again.
