Superb and easy

This was a really great experience. Drop-off was very easy. They took a picture of our luggage and scanned our code. When we returned to pick up the luggage, they scanned the code again and verified that they were giving us the correct items. I would definitely use this place again. They were friendly and the location was convenient to the train station.

The process of leaving and picking up our luggage was perfectly smooth and simple. The only issue was that the staff initially told us we could wait inside the hotel after the concert as we had to catch a night bus and we had heard that the area was not very safe at night. However, when we returned we were told that we can wait outside on the street because many people had come back from the concert and wanted to stay inside as well. Of course, I understand that they couldn't let so many people in. However, if they had told us this from the beginning we would have looked for another place to wait instead. The staff were a little unfriendly then but I understand they were probably frustrated by the situation. Under normal circumstances, I would recommend this hotel.
