Advertised as shop opening at 7.30am. It did not open until 9.30am. We had to wait 1 hour for the shop to open. The handover and pick up of our luggage went smoothly.

Had used a different store the night before who's service was great. I really appreciated the easy and convenient location however I found it a little small and tight in-store. Staff seemed tired or careless, but got the job done in the end

Really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff member who made sure everything was correct and was patient with us. It was our firsts time using the service however and we found it a little hard to find, so I would reccomend maybe a photo of the store for newcomers or a large sign. Otherwise, 10/10 service. Thank you

The "luggage storage" sign needs to be more visible or the bounce site needs to announce that it works with partners and that to find them you have to look for the blue sign.

Great opening hours and location if you are staying in the central city or catching a ferry. Reasonable price too.

The store was located near our apartment.

The location of the store was a bit disappointing, so I had a hard time finding it. However, the staff was friendly, and it was easy and quick to leave and retrieve my luggage.

Only thing I’d suggest would be a sign outside to let people know they’re in the right place (felt kinda weird dropping off a bag at a convenience store) but other than that really awesome?

Convenient and easy access around queen street

Friendly, quick service. Was a little concerned that the store room the bag was stored in was unlocked and could potentially be accessed if the shop staff were not watching but the bag was still there and safe on return. Directions from the app were incorrect, it showed to access from scene lane but the only access was from beach rd.

Friendly staff, smooth process. Felt a bit unsecure since my bags were only stored at the back of the store, not even in a closed room but everything was still there when I picked them up.

The folks at the Habibi Cafe were great! Very helpful and friendly. And having them accessible 24 x 7 is a huge plus. I definitely recommend them.

A bit hard to find but once I saw the small sticker on the Door everything went smoothly

Very convenient service for tourists. The staff is very helpful. Would be nicer if the location is closer to the airport shuttle bus terminal.

First time using Bounce. The attendant took a picture of our luggage and labeled each bag. When we came back to retrieve the luggage, it was quick and easy. Attendant was very nice. Would use them again.

This is a convenience store,easy access.

Perhaps they may sell luggage bags as an item in their store they costed us just under $5.00 New Zealand for a Large bag

Our flight was delayed and pickup was on a Sunday so when we got notification that the location had closed by the time we got to Britomart station we figured we would have to wait until next day but we're pleased that the store was still open and could retrieve our luggage. Good experiences with Bounce both times we have used it. Thanks!
