First time using Bounce. The attendant took a picture of our luggage and labeled each bag. When we came back to retrieve the luggage, it was quick and easy. Attendant was very nice. Would use them again.

Top ratedReally appreciated the friendly and helpful staff member who made sure everything was correct and was patient with us. It was our firsts time using the service however and we found it a little hard to find, so I would reccomend maybe a photo of the store for newcomers or a large sign. Otherwise, 10/10 service. I'll admit the thought of leaving my bag in a dairy was a tad unnerving at first... BUT the staff were efficient, bags put in a cupboard and all items present on return of the bags to us. A location and resource I'd use again.

Our flight was delayed and pickup was on a Sunday so when we got notification that the location had closed by the time we got to Britomart station we figured we would have to wait until next day but we're pleased that the store was still open and could retrieve our luggage.
