It was perfect, the staff are always very polite.

I did pick up my luggage yesterday at 3pm, so one hour before my time was up. I thought the store (Ibis Hotel) would confirm my pick up an due to an overnight flight I had noch Internet connection to answer earlier.

Excellent. Welcoming. Made me feel safe.

You have to be careful on the street itself, but the area where the luggage is stored is quite safe.

Excellent customer service, fast service, and a conveniently located place, plus it's open 24 hours.

Very nice guy. It was hard to find the place at first but you just have to really walk and see the lights on inside and there's a reception desk.

Everything is fine, although the location isn't very good.
