Discover Luz Train Station luggage storage

I did pick up my luggage yesterday at 3pm, so one hour before my time was up. I thought the store (Ibis Hotel) would confirm my pick up an due to an overnight flight I had noch Internet connection to answer earlier.

It was great and super easy to leave my luggage there. The bags are tagged. And there's space to charge your phone, eat, and restrooms while you wait for your departure time. I recommend it!

kept bags in a locked room, and verified pick up seating area to charge phones w USB, bathroom high traffic area but has a door person.

You have to be careful on the street itself, but the area where the luggage is stored is quite safe.

Very nice guy. It was hard to find the place at first but you just have to really walk and see the lights on inside and there's a reception desk.

It was great to be able to entrust my luggage to responsible people. I was able to enjoy time with my family and then retrieve it without much difficulty. Note: listen to their tips for a more relaxed trip; they know the city better than we tourists do.
