The location is very close to Liberdade. There's a huge staircase, but the receptionist helps you carry your luggage up. You have a 5-minute limit to request an Uber after picking up your luggage, or you wait outside (which can be a bit dangerous).

The attendant was friendly, and I appreciated the convenience.

It's just hard to find, but the service was great.
