Quick, efficient, and secure. We rented two large lockers to store three carry-on bags, one checked suitcase, and three daypacks. The process was incredibly simple: we checked availability beforehand, went to the location, and booked through the app once we arrived. The locker is secured with a code that is sent to us after the reservation is made. It's just a few minutes from Châtelet station, where you can catch the RER B train to the airport.

Great value for money! Especially in comparison to competitors. Great location, just by the fountaine des innocents which is next to the chatelet station. The drop off is a small grocery store, and the bags are left by the counter but it’s always attended. I would happily use this service and drop off again 😊

So convenient to RER station lift & staff were friendly. Bags were photographed & placed beside counter, were safely stored. Released once photo matched your QR code on collection.

Very well, I had a bag with souvenirs from other places but I said I only had a backpack and the guy at the register didn't want to accept it, but the other guy who works there said he'd keep it for me, he's a really nice guy.

Uber dropped me off about 50 meters away, was as close as could get via car. Easy to use Google Maps to find the specific location of the shop! It's a little quick stop type small convenience store but the two gentlemen working there were great and the bags enjoyed their home for the day!

My experience has been a 10. It's in the center of Paris and very close to the Char Lete metro station, at exit 14.

Good location, open late, easy in and out

Very quick and easy to drop off and pick up luggage. In my case, booking was incredibly fast, and it's also flexible if you want to add more bags or more time. I was expecting it to be a luggage storage facility, but it was more like a souvenir shop where the owners stored our luggage in their basement. If you're the type of person who likes to know exactly where your luggage is, you might not like it, but the owners were friendly and our things were in good condition. The location was: 2 Pl. Sainte-Opportune, 75001 Paris, France I don't know if it's the same at all locations or if some are luggage storage facilities.

It was accessible, but the bags were just out in the store. Not a whole lot of security. As far as I can see, nothing was stolen from my possessions.
