Very easy to drop off and pickup and the staff were very nice.

Great experience with bounce as always, friendly and helpful staff. Sharing bc I wish I’d know when I was walking around searching for it - you can take exit number 21 from inside Karasuma subway station and it takes you directly into the basement level of the building. Take the elevator up to level one and the service is located inside the store labelled HIS. Thank you :)

Quick and Easy to Store and get our bags.

Close by the Kyoto Station on the lower level of a hotel. Staff was super friendly, and English was no problem. Definitely will come back here.

Wonderful staff , they are so helpful

I showed the QR code both when dropping off and picking up my luggage. There was no exchange number for pickup, so I was glad I didn't have to worry about losing it. I left my luggage here because I wanted to catch a bus from the Shijo-Takakura bus stop.
