A great place to store your luggage. It's inside a Kimono store so just make sure you let the staff know when you enter, otherwise they may think you're there to have a Kimono experience

The staff was very nice, but did not use the QR code. Instead, he called someone and gave my confirmation number which made me a little unsure, but he put a luggage tag on my bags and I picked them up at the proper time. However, it seems he did not confirm with the app that I picked them up. Very nice people.

Very convenient. Responsive too. Almost the same cost with coin lockers but kuch more convenient depending on the location you need.
