Was super easy, and very convenient, especially when switching from hotels and Airbnb’s! With checkouts being at 11, and check-in is being at three or four, this was really useful for me to still be able to explore and do excursions while waiting for my next check-in time! The staff were very lovely and friendly and made it painless

It was my first time using bounce and it was so easy and convenient. However, it's important to book a drop off time in order to get a QR code. Once we arrived, we walked up the the reception desk and was greeted very kindly. And all we had to say was "bounce" and they helped us with our luggage and we were able to explore with ease.

Super easy. Even during the restaurants “break” they said knock and they’d bring out the bags…which they did. Every major city should have this service. I was staying in the Ukyo Ward, which is about 30 minutes away from this area, and was transferring from Kyoto to my hotel in Osaka. This service meant not having to backtrack and hour round trip to get my things from my hotel., so that I could enjoy this more shopping happy part of the city. The convenience factor and cost are unmatched.

Great friendly service! It was very easy to book this, drop bags off and pick up. We had 11 suitcases and 12 backpacks. They hauled them up and down 3 flights with no complaints. We use again in a heartbeat! Not having to walk around Kyoto for 3 hours without bags was priceless.

It's conveniently located and easy to use with a prior reservation. The store is in the basement, and you have to go up and down stairs, so an elevator would be appreciated.
