Discover Tenjin Station luggage storage

Thank you for allowing me to safely store my luggage at a place close to my accommodation where the service was friendly. I will definitely use this service again on my next trip to Fukuoka.

Lift access to L4 making it easy to reach. The kind sir also took photos of the suitcases. I had a problem where I left my phone on checkout and he kindly put it in a safe place on the ground floor.

I was able to use the luggage storage service at a much lower price than coin lockers, and the owner was very kind. The location is on the 4th floor of the building across from Mina Tenjin, but since "BOUNCE" isn't prominently displayed on the exterior, you might get a little lost at first. It is easy to find if you refer to the exterior photos registered on Google Maps! It appeared to be operating as a shop-in-shop within a company called TBCC. Usage is processed via online card payment after scanning a QR code. Cash is not accepted, so you must have a card that allows international payments. The restrooms inside the building were clean, and the spacious area in front of the storage area made it convenient to organize my belongings. Due to the layout of the Tenjin underground shopping mall, Mina Tenjin is located at the far end of the busy street, and since luggage can only be picked up until 7 PM, it is best to plan your route carefully. After dropping off my luggage, I made a T-shirt at the Uniqlo in Mina Tenjin, and then slowly explored the underground shopping mall starting from the direction of Tenjin Minami Station (towards Mitsukoshi Department Store). Afterwards, I returned to Mina Tenjin to retrieve my suitcase. I then went shopping dragging it along, and since the floors were flat and the shopping mall aisles were wide, it wasn't very inconvenient. Also, there was an incident where an additional charge was added due to my mistake during the payment process. However, when I contacted them via the address provided in the payment email, they responded very quickly. Since this happened while I was abroad, I was quite flustered when I found out about it after returning home. However, knowing that there is a support team that responds so promptly made me feel very reassured, and my satisfaction with the service increased significantly. What I did was leave my luggage first, make a T-shirt at the Mina Tenjin Uniqlo, and then start exploring from the Tenjin-Minami Station side of the underground mall (near Mitsukoshi Department Store). After walking through the area, I returned to Mina Tenjin to pick up my suitcase and continued shopping while pulling my luggage around. Since the floors were flat and the shopping mall pathways were wide, it wasn’t inconvenient at all. There was also an incident where I accidentally made an extra payment due to my own mistake during the checkout process. However, when I contacted the support team through the email address provided in the payment confirmation email, they responded almost immediately. I was honestly very shocked because I only realized the mistake after returning to my home country, but having such a responsive support team made me feel very reassured and greatly improved my overall satisfaction with the service. If I travel abroad again in the future, I would definitely use Bounce services again.

This luggage storage service is inside TBCC, and had the space to store our 12 large luggages. They were very accommodating and easy to deal with. Definitely recommended if you’re in the area.

Our bags felt safe in the office

Location was difficult to find, no sign whatsoever in the building or the floor. When I found the place the man taking care of my luggages was helpful

It's the innermost office on the left side of the 13th floor! When I mentioned it was a bounce reservation, they processed it right away. It might be a bit tight for those traveling on later flights, but it was so, so convenient for me!!

Everyone was so kind, and I had a comfortable experience storing my items! If you go up to the 13th floor, it is located almost right away.

You have to take the elevator to 13F and then follow the corridor all the way to the end. It's an office and they are very polite :)

I was a bit surprised by the office-like space, but the staff were friendly and it was close to Tenjin Minami Station, so it was nice.

Very helpful and easy

Well kept and hidden inside one of the conference rooms or stock room if there is still space. Go to the 13F and once you exit the elevator, there’s an entrance to the ofc. Go inside there. You will also see a small signage that says ‘Bounce’ on the wall post facing the elevator.

It’s great because it’s near the station so it’s easy to find and luggage storage is safe! I recommend it.

You can make an appointment online and show the QR code to the staff on-site. You will also need to scan the QR code to pick up your order. The fee is 800 yen and will be charged between 12:30 and 16:30.
