This is a small shop with friendly people who provide adequate personal assistance. This was my first experience with Bounce. There were no lockers or vaults. They keep your belongings in a storage room. I assumed that not many people had access to that room, but I was not sure about the safety level. In any event it went well. By the way, I am not sure whether my comments will be shown for the correct location. My storage shop was not near Haarlemmersluis. It was Cheatday on Nieuwmarkt 30.

Friendly staff, efficient storage with individual numbers for each piece of luggage, good location near the train station, highly recommended.

Nice and clean space for baggage storage, the hotel was close to FlixBus station which was an added benefit.

Great customer service and helpful staff Staff took photo of the dropped luggage and insisted on me taking a photo also to verify that it matched the same on collection Luggage was safe and appeared to be being used by lots of other travellers Less physically capable travellers please be mindful that luggage will need to be lifted by yourself up a steep narrow stair case Location is a 1 minute off the main strip after leaving the Amsterdam Centraal station making it easy to get multiple cases to the storage point Definitely recommend
