Luggage storage Near Stadtpark

We wound up at Lucky Present after trying to store our luggage at two other bounce locations. The two prior locations were closed despite Bounce and the storefront store hours saying they were open. We went to Lucky Present and are so happy we did. They were very efficient, and kind. They tagged our luggage and secured it. They asked about our pick up plans, and provided their business card in case we needed to reach them. I felt very comfortable leaving my bags with them.. I would use them again. I recommend them!

The service is generally good. My only observations are that they don't offer 24-hour service and the QR codes aren't properly linked to the stores and their locations. Aside from that, it saves you from having to carry your luggage around.

We arrived at the site at 9:00. On Google, it said they open at 9:30, so I booked my order to start from then. However, when I got there, I saw a sign saying they actually start working at 10:00. I passed the time at a nearby restaurant. Just keep in mind that they open at 10:00, not 9:30. The staff are nice and everything else was fine.
