Such a great concept and easy to use. Booked online, on the morning we required. Simple, easy to use interface with credit card payment option. This particular store is a little tricky to find but using Google maps we could locate it after leaving Shinjuku Station. It's in the technician district, along the main street leading away from the station. There is a billboard on the street staying where. It's above the barbers. Thank you 😊

The attention from the staff was excellent, I didn't expect them to thank us for leaving our luggage with them, that was very sweet. I recommend their service, they are located on the 5th floor of the building taking the elevator at the back. Take into account the closing hours of the place so that you can pick up your luggage earlier, and you must arrive with a reservation already ready from the Bounce website. Bring your translator ready in case you want to clear up a doubt with the staff who make every effort to inform you and help you.

Great location near shinjuku station and airport limousine bus pick up. Take the elevator to the fifth floor and then the check in and check it is quick and simple.

Everything is done through the app, scan the code, pay, and take a photo of the bag that is deposited into the app. The service is faster than other shops. The shop is a bit hard to find. After arriving, you have to take the elevator to the 5th floor. The elevator entrance is small and is in the same alley as the stairs.

Besides the location was a bit harder to find, there was no clear sign of “Bounce”. But service was quick and very efficient.

Only upon delivery I was unable to access the QR Code and the attendant demanded the QR Code at all costs, even though he had my details in the system, etc. We spent a long time trying to resolve the issue on site.
