  • The reservation, storage, and pickup processes were all very simple! Although the entrance wasn't very noticeable, I found it quickly thanks to photos provided by other users. The elevator was small, with a few small steps, so you had to carry it a little.

  • The staffs were nice and drop off/pick up was also very easy. The elevator to the 5th floor is quite narrow tho, but the place is easy to be found. They also have a very cute apple chair.

  • Hard to find but quick and easy once you get there. Friendly helpful service. The lift is small and the hallway tight better to just send one in your party up there to deposit and retrieve your luggage. It’s that small! But overall easy to do. Easier if you book online beforehand but if you are lazy like us they help you through it.

  • Really uncomplicated. Make sure to book online in advance. The office and the staircase are very tiny, so there's not much space to jiggle around the luggage. Very good price for how near it is to the station.
