Discover luggage storage in Rio de Janeiro

Very pleasant, very hospitable, and our luggage was securely locked behind a locked door. Highly recommend! They even gave us coffee as a welcome treat!

Good, and the owner was very friendly.

Storage process

Everything went smoothly, I wish this was around years ago

Excellent place to leave your luggage, the staff are incredibly helpful! They're quick and attentive! 100% recommended!

The service was very easy, everything was done through the website. Dropping off your luggage and picking it up later makes the trip 100% easier. No complications whatsoever, I highly recommend it.

Easy to find. Bags stored securely in a locked office. Easy drop and retrieval.

Well located, very central, I was able to make the most of my Airbnb check-in time without luggage, and I took advantage of the opportunity to do some souvenir shopping nearby; there are tourist attractions close by. They store your luggage in a separate area, and since it's a parking lot, not just anyone can enter.

The location is easily accessible. The staff is attentive. I just thought the luggage should be kept in a more secure, enclosed area. It was left in a corner of the restaurant's main room. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The store also has a lot of cute clothes, I wish I had more time to shop

Excellent, reliable

Excellent service, I recommend it.

Excellent experience with Bounce! I left my luggage there and everything was perfect. The place inspires a lot of confidence and security, and the staff were extremely attentive, polite, and helpful throughout the entire process. The process was simple, quick, and very smooth, which helped a lot on the day of the trip. I recommend it without a doubt to anyone who needs to store their luggage safely and conveniently. I will definitely use it again when needed. 5-star experience!
