I was a little skeptical at first but I’m glad I trusted the process. It was an ease being able to drop off our luggage to enjoy the afternoon before flying out. Angie was very nice and stored our bags. Highly recommend!

Staff was very helpful and took care of my bags. They are placed behind a screen divider in her view. It’s a spot to grab and go yummy sandwiches and coffee with only one tiny table so did not worry about my bags.

Staff was kind and experience was efficient.

Drop off was easy. However, I despite picking up my bike over an hour before the end of my reservation, I received an email stating it looked like I didn't pick up my bike and the reservation was not closed. I do not want to be chatged extra.

It went so smooth, I used this location again for part 2 of my trip!

Location is great for the center city historic area. After checking in my bag, the front desk staff opened the locked bag storage room and had me put my bag on a shelf. The bag was right where I left it when I came back.

Bounce was perfect for keeping our bags for a couple hours so we didn’t have to drag them around waiting for our room to be available.

Good place, very close to the station and fast service.

Staff was friendly and helpful, not just for dropping the bag but even suggesting we fill up our water bottles before venturing out on a scorcher day

The woman is very sweet and experienced with keeping luggage. Small place, but great for short term storage of a few bags.

Great staff, super convenient near Jefferson Station!

The location was great and the staff did their job well. However the staff were not very hospitable or courteous. Not to imply they were rude, just an air of annoyance that made me feel I was inconveniencing them. Because if this, I would be hesitant to use this location again.
