Top 10 Bounce luggage storage locations in Philadelphia

Great location! Our AirBnb wasn’t available until 3pm and with an early flight, we didn’t want to drag our luggage across town. Ubered to the location and dropped our stuff off and had a great time exploring the city without baggage. Couldn’t have been more easy or convenient!

Update: Although my bags were NOT tempered with or stolen. I didn't like that the bags sat in the lobby where a customers have a tight spot to sit and eat. The space is very small which allows a very limited space. I was treated very well and bag service was quick. It is also near most things to visit as a tourists that City Hall in Philly has to offer, all with in walking distance. It was also near a great boba shop that specializes on brown sugar drinks which is a great spot to visit before and after a long journey around town.

Very easy to check in and out. I felt secure with then people working there. They give you tags to put on your stuff, I would recommend to attach ot to the zippers if you don't have a lock. This location did not have separate lockers, but the the door to get in was always locked. 10/10, made our Philadelphia experience much better with ease of mind. Would try again! P.S. if trying a different location be conscious of the time of business. I'm not sure what happens if you try to pickup after hours. This one was 24/7 so no problems there.

Good service to store your luggage for the day while visiting Philadelphia. If you don’t have a car get a cab, Uber, or Lyft from the Amtrak Station on 30th Street. I walked with my luggage from Amtrak Station to Arch Brunch location and while I walked the distance from Amtrak Arch Brunch it would be easier to have had a ride. Anyway, storing my luggage with Bounce allowed me to enjoy Philadelphia without dragging suitcases around all day.

First timer!!! This place was fantastic. Stored our bag for four days. The place was very clean. They took our bag and gave us a ticket to keep. We had an AirTag on the bag so we could see that they stored it and never moved it until we picked it up. Pickup was incredibly fast. Our lift driver waited while we received the bag and we were only gone a few minutes. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would definitely use them again and I think you should too!!

Lisa was wonderful and welcoming- she warmly invited me in as she was opening for the day, gave me a breakfast recommendation in the neighborhood, and showed me a shortcut to the train station when I came to pick up my bags! This was such a great experience thanks to her, and it made my layover in Philadelphia pleasant and fun. Thank you so much my friend!

Very easy and smoothly. The staff lady was very nice. On the bounce app they say it closes at 6.30pm but they ask to be there at 6pm so they can close the store on time (not a problem but you should know) I am not sure where our luggages stay during the day but they were there when we came back so all good! It is really worth the money when you arrive early and want to enjoy the city without the luggages.

Friendly, chill employees: they made the process simple and effortless. I wish the store had been open longer- but, it is in Center City Philadelphia, and the pandemic is still raging, therefore no compelling reason to be open beyond their scheduled hours. Other than that - it was well worth it and would definitely do it again.
