Discover luggage storage in Philadelphia

Excellent location. Fast and easy drop off and pick up process. I would book her for a luggage drop every time.

It went really good! Easy and I felt completely comfortable with leaving my items there. It would have been nice if I was able to sit down for 20 min to charge my phone. As I learned that was not a part of bounce and I was declined that option.

Great service, and the staff was so nice and helpful. I will absolutely be using this service again.

The location was great for me. Close to my destination. The owner definitely secures your bag. You have to be let in. Good experience all around!

Super nice guy!

great location, bags were safe and staff were nice.

Easy drop off and pick up

Location a bit hidden down an small alleyway. Staff were friendly. Storage area is large. Overall smooth using the app and facility. No issues with bags dropped and/or items missing. Would happily use again.

Easy to find, drop off and pick up luggage. Good central location.

Weird but effective. Thanks!

Extremely easy drop off and pick up and very kind staff!

Quick and easy. The location was very convenient to many of the museums, etc that we were planning to visit.

Super convenient location. Staff super nice and helpful. Making drop off and pick up Seamless.

Very easy got in and out very quickly and so convenient thank you so much

Easy exchange and friendly service.

The location worked well for us and the gentleman that was there was extremely nice. Our only concern when we left was that we were told to leave our bags toward the back of the main barbershop area This area one coming into the shop to get their hair cut. We had backpacks with laptops, etc. so we were a little concerned with that. Maybe if there was a "non-exposed" area like in the back room, that would have made us feel a little better. All-in-all, it worked out OK for us. Thanks.

Quick, easy, clear communication

So nice. Thank you

Quick and easy. Very secure.

Best customer service. Catered to my needs and gave me a lot of patience with my questions. I felt safe to leave my baggage in their hands. Thank you so much. Very convenient❤️

Easy to pick and drop off. Friendly and great location.

Quick in and out on dropp off and pick up

I was able to easily find the location. Drop off and pickup were no problem, though I would have liked it if they had remained open a little later. 12 midnight is later than most other luggage dropoffs I could find, though, so no complaint. They kept my bag secure behind the counter for a good, low price.

Great location , helpful staff , friendly and professional . Recommend

Extremely nice, no issues at all

Excellent location

Great first time experience! A little high on price with the service fees, but still worth the service!
