Excellent service. We were late picking up our bags, but he didn’t mind at all and it was a nice grocery to buy a few items before we went to our apartment!

The baggage storage was pretty seamless. We speak only English, but the store owner understood everything and kept the luggage securely. We even altered the pickup time a bit since we were running late by half an hour for no charge. Ultimately we received our luggage in the same condition as we gave it.

They did what i needed

Small thing...there was a poster I handed them along with my bags, and I didn't receive the poster back. I know that it was my responsibility to ask for it, but it would have been great if the poster had been placed on top of the bag so that it came out with the bag. Thanks.

The app's hours did not coincide with the store's

Long opening hours, close to public transportation, nice people. There was a small mistake with check in and they fixed it very fast.

The experience was simple and easy. I walked in, showed my booking, took a photo and left for the week. Picking up was even easier.

Open very early in the morning, that's great... 5 minutes from Notre-Dame, and tourist areas. Small grocery store easy to find, pleasant staff, no worries. I just wonder how they manage to recognize the right baggage for the right person since there is no label or countermark on the baggage....

Good location and easy to locate. Didn't have a form of receipt or tag when dropping the bags off which might have been preferred, however bags were stored well and had no issues so can't complain :)
