Man who worked there was the nicest and most charming person I met in Paris. Was gracious, funny and helpful. If there were more people like this in the world it would be the place it should be.

I arrived to leave my luggage in a hotel storage room while I was walking around the city (I had a lot of free time before my flight). The host was very kind and nice, and the place is just a few meters from the city center and endless restaurants and shops in the center. After 4 hours of traveling, I got tired and returned to the hotel to rest a bit in the lobby before going to the airport. Even in this case, the host was charming and kind and I stayed for over an hour. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and safe storage solution in the center without getting into trouble with lockers that are left unattended.

Overall good experience. We were a but worried as our luggage was kept in the lobby by the desk rather than in a back room, but we safely collected them and it did the job!
