  • The IBIS hotel next to Gare du Nord is very easy to find. Luggage was taken care of in 2 minutes, the reception staff were very helpful, and luggage was securely stored in a locked room with a number provided. Very simple and quick.

  • Easy to find at IBIS hotel. Come out of the Gare Du Nord by Rue Napoleon III and its just about 10 shops down. Hotel stored items securely with friendly service. No queue unlike the concierge at Gare Du Nord!!

  • Hard hard to find. Would be helpful to add it is in the Hotel. Late at night there are several business that closed. Huge plus this is 24 hours.

  • I was surprised when the manager took me to the Bodega and my suitcase wasn't there. The guy joked that it had been stolen, but it turned out there were two Bodegas, hahaha, so it was all good.

  • The hotel is conveniently located, almost in front of Gare du Nord. Just follow the hotel sign and you won't get lost. When I explained my situation to the staff, they immediately stored my luggage in a separate room. The pickup was smooth and a great experience.

  • Great place to store your luggage safely. It’s right in front of the train station and operated in Ibis hotel. So after picking them up, you can use a toilet and get little rest till your train time at the lobby(there is a screen showing the train departure times). In addition, friendly staffs and the easy booking process!
