Easy and straightforward experience with storing my luggage here after I had made a booking. I was also able to adjust the number of bags that I wanted to store last-minute. The location is very convenient as it is only a short walk away from Gare du Nord.

The IBIS hotel next to Gare du Nord is very easy to find. Luggage was taken care of in 2 minutes, the reception staff were very helpful, and luggage was securely stored in a locked room with a number provided. Very simple and quick.

If you exit through exit 2 at the Gare du Nord metro station, you'll see it right away. Very quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

Easy to find at IBIS hotel. Come out of the Gare Du Nord by Rue Napoleon III and its just about 10 shops down. Hotel stored items securely with friendly service. No queue unlike the concierge at Gare Du Nord!!

Hard hard to find. Would be helpful to add it is in the Hotel. Late at night there are several business that closed. Huge plus this is 24 hours.

Quick and convenient, close to the train station. Very welcoming staff. You feel your luggage is safe and secure compared to other luggage storage facilities nearby.

Everything was completely relaxed – no problems with booking and everything on site took only a few seconds, both check-in and pick-up. Would gladly book again!

Open 24/7. Dropped off our bags at 5am and were on our way in 1 minute. Pick up was just as easy. Right next to Gare Du Nord.

I was surprised when the manager took me to the Bodega and my suitcase wasn't there. The guy joked that it had been stolen, but it turned out there were two Bodegas, hahaha, so it was all good.

Suitcases were kept in a safe place and the service was good and quick. It was more expensive than other options but I fel it was worth it.

The hotel is conveniently located, almost in front of Gare du Nord. Just follow the hotel sign and you won't get lost. When I explained my situation to the staff, they immediately stored my luggage in a separate room. The pickup was smooth and a great experience.

Great place to store your luggage safely. It’s right in front of the train station and operated in Ibis hotel. So after picking them up, you can use a toilet and get little rest till your train time at the lobby(there is a screen showing the train departure times). In addition, friendly staffs and the easy booking process!

Location good, very near to train station Gare Du Nord. Our luggage safely kept at the premise. Our train from Amsterdam got delayed for 1 hour, I just changed our pick up time thru apps with no additional charge. The staff also nice. Thanks
