Discover Nashville luggage storage

Location was good, drop-off was a “little” clunky, but worked through it. Felt my bags were safe and pick-up was easy.

Drop off was easy ,just as well as pick up friendly people cool tattoo place .

Simple drop off and exchange.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Super easy and extremely convientent! Our luggage was tucked safely where the owner could see it all day and told us we could come back at any point if we needed anything. Will definitely use this place again!

Staff was helpful and very friendly

It was a great location and the guys there were very helpful.

Such an easy process!

Location was close to our VRBO and using app to reserve & pay was extre easy. There was a long line of people leaving bags, but the store handled it with ease & organization

Great. Easy. Nice people. Wish they were open before 11:00 AM

We used the service twice during our visit, before our check-in and then on the day of check-out. Very convenient, great customer service and friendly employees.

Fast drop off, easy pick up. They were ready with the scanner!

Great place! Fast and friendly service!

Drop off and storage was good. Friendly staff. Pick up was difficult - arrived at 11p had to ring bell several times and waited several minutes for a response. Retrieval was fine once some one answered the door. I was annoyed that I received a warning to pick up before Midnight when the app originally said the location was 24 hours. I was also annoyed about constant reminders to pick up my bag after I picked it up. Obviously the storage location did not close out their end of the transaction.

Easy. Friendly.

It was easy to get to and felt that our bags were safe while we walked around town.

A little tricky to find, there was no signage. A Bounce sign would be helpful. Just had an address and that was for a tattoo parlor. Fortunately, I asked and they were extremely helpful.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. My QR code did not show up until later so that presented a challenge but we got it worked out.

the hotel staff at pick up was fantastic. convenient location. easy process

Everything great!!

The ladies were super accommodating, very friendly and went out if their way. Would definitely use them again. Ps hard to find at first glance the store front is tastefully discreet. Thank you for a great experience!

The location was great. Easy to get to from the airport. Drop off and pick up went smoothly.

Very easy process! Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Really nice staff. First time using bounce. Wo do it again .

Great experience! Easy to take an uber to location and walking distance to downtown.

The staff at Pride and Glory were awesome. They were sooo friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for a short stroll to Country Music Hall of Fame., and then onto more exploring. Would highly recommend Pride and Glory.

The location was extremely close to our Air BnB. Drop off went smoothly and was even able to book the hotel where we left the bags for the night when our flight home was canceled. Would highly recommend Bounce to friends.

Drop off smooth

Great service and friendly staff

Hassle free and super easy. Made walking downtown so much easier.
