The location wasn't very convenient since it's inside a subway station. We didn't immediately notice this when booking, so we had to take the escalator with our suitcases. However, drop-off and pick-up were easy. So, everything was fine.

Friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient for travelers on the go to leave the luggage and tour the city! Definitely will store my luggage if I am visiting again!

Very convenient location to our rental. It is located in the basement of the building, but the security guard on the main floor was unfamiliar with Bounce. We found it and let her know it was there for future customers.

Easy drop-off and pick-up. It was the perfect location to store my suitcase (inside Peel metro station) and enjoy my last day in Montreal before heading to the airport. I would definitely use this place again.

The service was provided by an UPS store and the staff was very friendly and they knew what to do. Same experience when picking up the luggage after several days. I recommend this service.

So happy to have found this service as we would have had to stay at the airport for 9 hours. Fortunately, we conveniently was able to store our luggage in a central location in Montreal and go on a walking tour and have a delicious lunch. Much better than being stranded in an airport.

This place was easy to find. They showed me where my suitcase would be stored (in a storage room in the back) before I left, and there were already several other suitcases there. The staff were very nice. Before flying in, I was stressed about finding the best and safest place to store my suitcase, and I’m glad I chose this one. If I come back to Montreal and need storage before checking into an Airbnb, I’d definitely return here. You can trust them.
