It was a little hard to find (the main entrance to the metro was closed), but they were very kind and helpful. Don’t forget to pick up before 6pm!

We used the Mont Royal Location, and it was just 50m away from where we were staying, so it was super convenient. The pickup and drop-off were very smooth. Definitely recommend.

I had problems with the App but the owner of the store, Li Liu was so kind & extremely helpful and sorted everything. I would recommend this store and the location was very convenient for the bus to the airport.

First time Bounce user and skeptical of the process. Couldn't have been easier to drop off and pick up. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Easy to book - much cheaper than paying for a late checkout - just in a shop in their back area - so not a separate locker - you also need to pay for each bag - you can’t show up with your booked suitcase and then ask them to also store some hand luggage - I had to edit my booking whilst I was there to get more things stored - which wasn’t difficult!!
