Really helpful, quick drop off and collection!

A super kind guy waited for us at the shop and immediately give us a sense of security. For a double check he said to us to take a picture of our backpacks. Upon our return everything was perfect and the proximity to the Victoria Station was perfect for us to catch the train to the airport. I recommend this shop ! :)

Very quick and uncomplicated. I had to take a photo of the suitcase myself to be on the safe side and show it when I picked it up. Very good.

The attendant was polite & professional, even though I couldn't find my confirmation email and I was frustrated.

There could be additional safety measures, as the only one right now is a photo of a suitcase, as well as we are to leave it on the shop floor rather than being taken away immediately. It still was safe enough for us to use it twice, and everything else is great, just maybe an idea
