Incredibly easy drop off and pick up. Great location close to South Ken. Very helpful and friendly assistant.

Everything was perfect, there were no problems at all, neither when leaving the luggage nor when picking it up.

The shop owner was very friendly and helped me carry my suitcases. The shop itself is very small, but there is a separate area in the basement. Everything worked out perfectly.

It's all very easy. The shop has a little flag that makes it easy to find. You exit the station and the shop is on a parallel street. As soon as you come out of the stairs, turn right, go outside, and it's the street parallel to that one. It's a grocery store; they ask for the QR code and that's it. On your return, it's the same: scan the QR code and they give it to you. All easy and safe. Very close to the science and history museums.

Easy to use and travel to, polite staff

Two of our luggages were stored in the basement, two were at the back of the shop, pickup was very fast, everything was just as we left it. We chose this spot because of the close proximity to the Tube.
