Fabulous idea excited perfectly. So easy - just steps ways from the terminal and so quick and easy to use. Great value for money to leave our bags while on a day trip. Would definitely recommend and use again.

It was really helpful to read the other reviews to clarify what business I was looking for since there wasn't any Bounce official signage. After that is was a relatively straightforward interaction. After scanning my booking code, they instructed me to take a picture of a baggage number card for me to to show when picking up. I was in a rush to get my bag and the pick up process was a breeze.

Friendly shop but not close to Queen Street Station, much closer to Central Station. The name on the advert felt misleading also quite expensive for a few hours.
