Luggage storage Hotel Zone

Apart from being just a step away from the Ado terminal, it is a 24-hour service and if that is not enough, the people who work there are super friendly. Thank you!

Storage went well. I only stored for a few hours during the day. My bags were tagged, and a Selina worker locked and unlocked the door for me, so there was a decent sense of security. I'm not sure if they check tags religiously, but the same person checked me in and out, so it seemed fine. I'd store with them again

Great staff open late and easy to get to

My first experience with Bounce and it has been fantastic, very happy in the Selina, luggage well stored and no problem. They were very nice and helpful, a 10.

Quick and easy

easy to find, kept my suitcase there for a week with no problems

Left luggage’s for two nights, did not see any damage or movement were I have left them.

2mins walk from the main ADO bus station. Friendly staff. Just so easy! :) Good price too - much less than equivalent Bounce location in Playa Del Carmen.

Pretty easy, front desk attendant was very kind and helpful during luggage reception and withdrawal.

Easy process, friendly staff, locked room, had some space & time to rearrange our bags, right across from ADO bus station. Our luggage had been moved from where we initially left it which is not an issue, but I would suggest staff to check the name tag on the luggage before its taken out by the user.

Check out was slow. Lots of people with only 1 worker.

The lock to the door is not steady/seems broken or could easily be broken. Doesn’t feel secure.
