Location easy to find and staff were helpful. There is unfortunately stairs into this shop though which were difficult with heavy bags.

Store was easy to find. Had a bit of issue at first as they couldn't find my booking but when I showed the confirmation on my phone, they used it to check their records then stored our luggage. Claiming was a breeze. Very helpful and polite staff assisted us. Will use this again for future travels with Southbank as a stop.

Shop keeper sorted out the connection with WiFi because I have an English phone only connects via WiFi he could then get the information required to hand over our bags very helpful even when we went back to pick up the cases

Hadn't done this before so it was a new experience. Place was easy enough to find. Had me worried for a bit when the guy seemed to have trouble finding my booking but all good in the end.
