Convenient for storing luggage especially if heavy, the only thing is that they don't give you a tag and they don't put tags on the luggage to let you know who it belongs to so I'm not really sure, on our return we found everything in order anyway

Nothing happened, but it felt unsafe to leave my luggage in the very easily accessible lobby. When I arrived there was no member of staff at the desk and anyone could have just walked out with a bag or suitcase.

I think it is way cheaper than the one at the train station but it didn’t seem too safe. The bags are left at the lobby and anyone could come and take them… they were nice but they didn’t really checked the picture of my bags and let me take them without much care.

The suitcases stay at reception but you must show the photo of your suitcase so you can pick it up later.

The lady just told me to take photo of my own luggage and leave it at the baggage area. Totally didn’t feel secured as luggage were left in the open.

The suitcases are left in the lobby of a hotel, everything is fine on the return we recovered them easily.
