Very friendly staff and very easy drop off process! The process seemed less official than other Bounce sites I’ve used, where they provide luggage tags and stubs. Another small downside is that the establishment closed for 2 hours 15 mins during lunchtime, so we had to wait for them to reopen to pick up our luggage, even though our hotel room was ready earlier.

At the top, go there with your eyes closed!!! Pleasant and serious staff. Tracking your baggage using a paper voucher and QR code. Very good babysitting idea that I didn't know about and that I will do again without hesitation!!

A little difficult to find, but easy to drop off. You have to be let in, which is nice for security, just had to wait a bit for someone to let us in. Less than 5 minutes.

It's a hotel reception. So, in addition to being open 24 hours a day, it offers an added sense of security compared to other depots that are also souvenir shops. They also kindly lent us the bathroom so my partner could change clothes before heading to the airport.

Easy to find near where we stayed and very close to a convenient place to pick up a taxi or Uber if that’s your thing. Staff helpful. Storage secure. Thought it was expensive compared to other times I’ve used Bounce.
