Luggage storage Municipio I Area

Quiet hotel lobby. Our bags were left in the main lobby instead of in a back room (we had 15 bags for 9 people) but all went well. Staff offered to call us a taxi and gave recommendations on where to get a coffee.

MZ Hotel was easy to use, professional fast and organised. We made a last minute booking and the hotel staff were able to access our information upon arrival and provided quick and secure service. Would use again without hesitation.

Excellent service once you find it. This baggage storage location is INSIDE Hotel 3 Stelle. The staff at the hotel/baggage storage are lovely and extremely helpful. One of the employees has to be nicest worker I’ve ever come across in a customer service setting.

My experience was pretty easy overall. Although, finding this particular location was a bit tricky.. Once found, the staff was friendly and the process was easy. We had to stop back moments after dropping off to grab something and they were totally fine with that. I would use this service again in the future.

The reception staff were very friendly; they collected our luggage and returned it to us. Also, it's a hotel, so you can use the bathroom if you need to change or use the restroom.

The MZ10 Hotel locations was perfect for storing our luggage. The hotel staff is there 24/7 so our 7 suitcases were perfectly safe for our month long Europe journey and cruise back to the states!

It's a hotel reception. So, in addition to being open 24 hours a day, it offers an added sense of security compared to other depots that are also souvenir shops. They also kindly lent us the bathroom so my partner could change clothes before heading to the airport.
