Great service! Island Locker was a great service for us. Especially since there were extra pick and drop off services to the airport it saved us a lot of time having to go back and forth. Which helped our situation. I would use this again now that I know about it. Zach has been great to us.

Big space to store lots of bags securely

Easy to find. After walking the mall on a rainy Maui day with a 7 hour layover, it was a great option. I scheduled a chair massage as well before heading back to the airport....it was awesome!

Very easy. Women at the front desk was really quick and she offered the hospitality suite. For a shower and change. Great place to check bags and kill a few hours.

Process was super easy and Michelle helped us by picking us up where we were with our luggage and taking us to the airport with it! Made the end of our trip so much easier.

No signage, they know but the company doesn’t do anything about it, nor does google maps. Something needs to be done. Zach was absolutely fantastic and a great help. Zach is a definite asset to this company. Will recommend to friends and use again.

Couldn’t have been easier! I’ve been wishing for a service like this for years as it seems we end up on a late flight home and it can be unsafe to leave bags in the car. I wish I would have gotten the name of the woman that helped us, she was wonderful. Really great experience!

Zach was awesome and dropped our luggage off curbside at the airport for an extra $30 which was 100% WORTH IT to not have to worry about anything while we shopped and allowed us to have the most time possible to enjoy Hawaii prior to jumping on the plane to come home.

Convenient luggage drop off in Maui at Queen Ka’ahumanu center mall. We had a couple hours in between traveling from Lana’i to Big Island. Our taxi service dropped us at the mall and it worked out perfectly so we didn’t have to carry our bags around with us. We enjoyed some beverages at the Mexican restaurant and did some shopping. The Spa closed at 6pm that day. The staff at the Spa place collected out bags and set them aside.

Zach and Michelle were wonderful and we were so happy our bags were secure during the process.
