I was a bit leary about leaving my luggage, but it was a fantastic experience! We received a friendly welcome, he went over the process and ensured safety of our things, and when it was time to pick our bags back up, the process was quick. We will definitely do this again!

The business is actually Island Locker. As many mentioned, the location on this site is very confusing. If it takes you to the back of an industrial building, you want to be on the front side of it and look for Island Locker Life. Zach was so friendly and reliable.

Process was super easy and Michelle helped us by picking us up where we were with our luggage and taking us to the airport with it! Made the end of our trip so much easier.

Extremely easy set up. Dropped off bags for a long lay over. Then staff came and picked us up with bags and took us back to airport! Faster than Lyft or Uber!! Highly recommend

Booked through Bounce app, location description was spot on and it's a conspicuous door with a small sign indicating "Bounce" and "Island Locker Life" (who is the vendor that Bounce has contracted). Luggage drop off and pick up was seamless. 100% worth dropping off luggage here for a very reasonable price and not having to worry about getting your vehicle broken into while visiting touristy spots in Maui.

Besides a bit of confusion when finding it, it was a great and easy experience. Don't worry about our luggage for the entire 3 days we left them.
