Easy to book online, with great flexibility to cancel or extend time — that part was seamless and very user-friendly. The only tricky part was finding the location. It’s a bit of a “hole-in-the-wall” hotel, and I initially drove past the entrance. Look for a large round brick area — you can pull in and temporarily park there for drop-off (it’s a loading zone). Check-in was straightforward. Just make sure you have your QR code ready and also save the PIN listed underneath it, as both are needed for verification. After check-in, staff will guide you to the storage area, but you’ll need to carry your own luggage. This is different from places like Vegas hotels where staff handle it for you. You’ll also be asked to take a photo of your luggage — when picking up later, they’ll ask to see that photo before granting access, which adds an extra layer of security. Overall, I’d highly recommend Bounce for its affordability and convenient location. Just be prepared for a more self-service experience.

Very easy. Women at the front desk was really quick and she offered the hospitality suite. For a shower and change. Great place to check bags and kill a few hours.

This is a great option for storing your luggage! Our flight wasn’t until 10:00pm, so this worked out perfect for us to store and go play for the day! Quick and easy!

We were really nervous about having to hold onto our bags after checking out of our VRBO, especially since they wouldn’t all fit into the trunk. This was a super convenient drop off and pick up. They kept the bags behind a locked door. Highly recommend

The Maui Seaside Hotel was a quick drop off for our luggage to be able to explore one more day on the island. Front desk was very friendly and helpful and we were able to use the free shuttle to and from the airport to get back to our midnight flight. I had a hard time finding the Maui Seaside hotel in bounce as it kept coming up Kahului harbor. Then I looked at the picture of the building and it was the hotel. Bounce please fix in your search feature to come up with the right name.

I had a 11pm flight out of OGG & wanted to explore Maui without the concern of valuables in the car. This was perfect, top notch service. You drop off your luggage at the front desk of the Maui Seaside Hotel.
