Luggage storage Kahului Downtown

Google Maps had trouble directing us to the store, specifically it was difficult to ascertain that the “spa” was basically a storefront near one of the entrances to an old,deteriorating indoor/outdoor mall with a Macys. The people running the store smiled and nodded toward an area in front where we were shown to put our luggage; we left 5 pieces basically out in the open with no assurance that they would be there when we returned…and no receipt indicating that we had left them and would be back to retrieve them. The people were very nice and smiley, but the spoke not a single word of English and we were left feeling very unsettled. No problems, tho, upon retrieving our belongings.

Luggage should not be stored in full view and access to your clients. All your staff should be trained and aware that it is a Bounce location. Store closing should be as advertised.

Easy to find - convenient location for transit to the airport.

Spa location was great, we were their first customer using bounce luggage storage so we were all a little confused at first. Overall it worked out great. Got to drop our bags while waiting for a 7 hr flight delay.
