He let me know when the store closed that day and scanned my qr code and asked if I needed anything else before I left. Upon my return, he exchanged pleasantries with me, let me wait in the store, kept watch over my items while I stepped out for a moment, and helped me pick up snacks for my trip back home and even left the store to help me with my luggage to find my uber. Immaculate service and I couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you guys so much xx

My bags were locked away out of sight which provided me with an added sense of security. They also put tags on all our bags and gave us tickets to hold onto to collect them, so they felt like a very secure location. The only con was that the area felt a little on the sketchier side, but nothing too bad at all.

When you’re dropping your personal belongings off somewhere to hold while you explore the city, it’s refreshing when the employee is welcoming, has a sense of humour and friendly. The store named changed from what is on the Bounce website, that caused a bit of confusion. The staff did not really know much about the service, that did not instill confidence. The service idea is great. The staff were very nice, and I retrieved my items without issue.
