There was an easy check in and check out. The staff was friendly as well. Maybe having a locker option would be helpful as the luggage was just stored in the open behind the counter.
The staff at the UPS Store was very helpful and ensured a smooth experience with my luggage storage. I accidentally cut my pickup a little too close, and I appreciate that I was able to get directly to a person when I called the store to let them know I was only my way, along with their offer to wait until I arrived. Easy check in and check out. The employees were kind, helpful, and efficient. The location can’t be beat, just a few steps to all that Church St. has to offer. I enjoyed lunch and window shopping while waiting to go to the airport, without having to lug my luggage. Would use this service and location again. Brilliant!
