Easy, trustworthy, close to Disney Springs. Super easy to drop and pick up luggage.

The entire experience was fine and went easy. The store owner communicated easily with me when I wanted to come get my bag earlier. So everything went fine but it seems like the bags should be stored in a back room not visible to store visitors. But nothing happened to the bag so I don’t have a complaint. Thanks

this might have just been the day and we understand having issues , but we were set to drop off when the store opened at 8:30, and the store was late to open. not a huge deal, but we did have an uber waiting on us. other than that, it was super easy, convenient, and staff was amazing
