Excellent, close to Universal and very easy

Staff was very friendly and professional but I thought I would be putting my stuff in a locker. Just handing it over knowing any of the staff could go thru my bags was weird.

Location was convenient and easy to find. the woman who worked there was very kind and accommodating. Our luggage was secure on a locked back office and she also took a photo to make sure. Would definitely use this service again and highly recommend this location.

The location was good and drop off went fine, but somehow my bags were marked as picked up hours before I went back to get them. They were still there and everything ended up being fine, but I spent half an hour on my way back to pick up panicking while wondering if my bags were given to someone else. It would probably be better if bounce required the QR code to be scanned a second time or something in order for the reservation to be marked as checked out.

I’m so glad that there services such as this. Being able to drop off your luggage, and enjoy the day before it’s time to check-in to your hotel stay is such a blessing. I was able to enjoy an entire morning, afternoon, and early evening at the theme parks. It’s completely safe, and dependable. Highly recommended!

The host was really friendly and he gave us suggestions on where to go near the shop. It was the first time using this app, so I was a bit nervous. It was a great experience!

Very quick and easy drop off and pick up. The UPS stores seem to be higher priced than other locations so the value isn't all that great. We paid $32 total for three suitcases for about five hours. That's a little pricey.
