The staffs at the reception were nice, place was opened 24/7 came back at our convenient time. Quick pickup as we was in a uber.

Communication with the owners was excellent and very helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need. Cleanliness was adequate. Very quiet area, with a bus stop nearby, 35 minutes from the center of Manchester. The Uber costs approximately 15 pounds and in 30 minutes you are in the center.

The service was fast and a safe place to leave our bags.

Really satisfied, the staff is kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location for myself for getting off at Oxford road station to visit the theatre, it was a 3/4 minute walk from the station. No issues at all.

Friendly helpful staff.while waiting for our apartment to be ready. We store our luggages there.

This storage is in a little Tobacconist shop. Lovely staff, checked the QR code when dropping off and picking up. Really pleased with the service. Short walk to Deansgate station. We used the link in the confirmation email for walking directions but it was slightly off. Once we realised we navigated to the address in the email without issue.

All in all very quick.

Easy drop off and collection, place was easy to find, staff super friendly and even helped carry my suitcase, close to chorlton street coach station, would deffo use again :)

Quick and effective, staff knew about Bounce and my bag was kept in a back room.

Very friendly staff and even helped carry my suitcase up the steps. Really convenient for a later coach departure time and enabled us to explore the City a bit more before heading home. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Everything was fine. Process of dropping luggage was very smooth. I did not have reservation, but there is sticker with QR code. So you can reserve and pay within two minutes. Very close to coach station which is very convenient.
