1st experience for us. Everything went well and was simple. Friendly staff. Easy exchange in English. A bit of a small store but ultimately the comings and goings of customers are manageable.

Storage location is quite small with limited space - some bags were left out, easily reachable. There were cameras on premises but additional storage space out of view of the street would be an improvement

The place is very close to the Rossio underground stop. That's why we selected it like the best option.

Hostel with elevator, everything easy

No fuss and secure — luggage is kept in a storage room away from random eyes.

Very safe, and therefore, recommended. It is a hostel on the fourth floor, and backpacks are left in a locked storeroom. Very friendly, they let us go to the bathroom and also offered us coffee or tea.

Nice and kind people to work with. Tricky to find the door but not hard. Go to 4th floor and talk to the hostel people who will take care of things for you.
