We are satisfied. The procedure is quick and efficient. The store owner was friendly, and we got our belongings back intact. As it's my first time I was expecting to find a store/place called Bounce, I didn't know it was a partner store, it may be necessary to specify this on the website.

Everything was perfect. It was my first time using Bounce and I am very satisfied with my experience. When I needed help to upload the pictures of my luggage Bounce helped within minutes. And their partner was amazing. When I reserved the service I put an estimate of my time of arrival. Exactly at this time I received a message from their partner asking if I had already arrived because his shop was closed at that time and that he would open it to take my bag. And my experience retrieving my bag was as pleasant as leaving my bag.
